1. That he/she has purchased from American Affordable Aircraft one set of plans and specifications for a Vision aircraft.

2. That the purchase of such plans includes the exclusive right to assemble one (1) Vision aircraft. The purchaser agrees to use the designated serial number when registering his aircraft and realizes that it will be verified with the FAA.

3. That all rights, title and interest to the plans and specifications of the Vision are vested in American Affordable Aircraft, and that the purchase of such plans entitles the undersigned to the sole use of such plans for the assembly of one such aircraft.

4. The undersigned agrees not to duplicate or in any way reproduce the plans or specifications for use by others.

5. The undersigned further agrees that the purchase of said plans does not include the right to duplicate or manufacture any component parts of the Vision for use by anyone other than himself/herself.

6. The undersigned further agrees in the event of sale or of transfer of the plans and specifications to notify American Affordable Aircraft

7. The undersigned further acknowledges and understands that the purchase of said plans, specifications and/or component parts carries with it no warranties, either express or implied, including warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use, said warranties being specifically disclaimed by American Affordable Aircraft

8. The undersigned further acknowledges and understands that the responsibility for assembly and use of any aircraft assembled by the undersigned or his agents or employees is solely that of the undersigned.

9. The undersigned hereby agrees to hold American Affordable Aircraft and it's partners harmless from, and assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries and damages, including but not limited to death, as to all persons and as to all property, caused by, resulting from, arising out of, or occurring as the result of the use by the undersigned or other persons of the plans, specifications or components purchased by the undersigned from American Affordable Aircraft

10. The undersigned further agrees to hold American Affordable Aircraft and it's partners harmless from any and all claims for injuries and damages made by any person as a result of the use of any aircraft assembled by the undersigned from plans, specifications or components purchased from American Affordable Aircraft.

11. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she has read and understands fully the above agreement, specifically acknowledging the disclaimer of all warranties and the release of liability as set forth.
